Chris did a great job of explaining everything prior to the inspection to confirm choosing him to inspect the home I had just purchased. After he completed his inspection he called me and went into extensive detail on everything he looked over at the house. Chris was a huge help in buying a home. I can't be appreciative enough, he was thorough & professional. I hired him to do a home inspection, but when I was having issues getting financing, he visited the house 6 times gathering information the bank requested. All without even bringing up extra payment. Chris did a pre-inspection as we prepare to sell our house. He shared freely what he was seeing during the 3-hour inspection. It was educational about what he was seeing as well as the "standards" as they exist today. Well worth the price of the job.
